Responsibilities* Drive revenue growth by selling landscape enhancements, maintenance services, plant healthcare, and snow management solutions. * Track weekly sales pipelines and lead prospecting activities to ensure consistent business development. * Prepare and present comprehensive project proposals to customers in-person. * Manage enhancement projects from inception to completion, guaranteeing strict adherence to timelines, profitability, and overall client satisfaction. * Supervise and train field crews while collaborating seamlessly with the Operations Manager and project managers to facilitate safety and operational training. * Lead direct reports, holding teams to high standards of accountability while working collectively to ensure client and company expectations are met.

Requirements
