Job Duties

* Manage the execution of landscape install projects, planning labor requirements, equipment requirements and material deliveries and timing to ensure completion of job(s) within project deadlines * Lead, coordinate, and schedule the day-to-day work activities of the landscape install crew including, the loading and unloading of job specific equipment and tools each day * Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications to delegate/complete work activities * Manage safety, quality, and productivity of work at sites/shop/yard etc. * Maintain and enforce standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment, jobsites, and shop/yard areas * Delegate job tasks to appropriate crew members to assist in the completion of project * Operate various tools and equipment, including: heavy equipment, skid loader, mini excavator, chainsaws, levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, cut saw etc. * Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting inspections, lubricating, and cleaning frequently or when requested * Ensure the highest amount of quality has been delivered to the client on budget and on time * Train new employees, in the landscape install division, to ensure tasks are accomplished correctly, on time, within budget and in compliance with company policies and regulations *...
