Landscape/Hardscape Project Manager

Job Description

This individual will be responsible managing residential landscape, hardscape and swimming pool projects. Managing multiple crews on a daily basis to ensure projects are being performed per detailed plans, meeting company quality standards and ensuring time management throughout the projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include but not limited to the following;

• Must be detailed oriented and posses excellent written and oral communication skills
• Materials procurement for projects
• Coordinate projects with designers & architects
• Participate in daily and weekly scheduling meetings
• Perform take offs and set up projects per landscape plans on job sites
• Order picking and staging of job materials
• Inventory of delivered materials to job site
• Coordinating sub contractors for projects and on job sites
• Time management of projects while ensuring a high quality installation and end project
• Work closely with designers and sales team to provide clients with the highest level product and customer service
• Supervision and management of multiple landscape production crews daily
• Processing daily paperwork and job costing
• Proficient with Microsoft office

Experience

* Landscape & Hardscape Construction : 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification

* Drivers license (Required)

Work Location: In person
