Landscape/Hardscape Install Crew Member

JOB DESCRIPTION

**NOTE: This is NOT a lawn maintenance role (no mowing, blowing, trimming, etc.)

Plant shrubs, trees, flowers, and install sod

Assist with constructing hardscapes: stone & paver patios, retaining walls, edging, steppers, dry creek beds, etc. Install and repair drainage, irrigation, landscape lighting, and other site amenities

Interact with clients and crew members in a professional manner

Work closely with a team to create a positive work environment and accomplish a common goal

A typical workweek during the growing season is 40-45 hours. Monday - Friday, rare Saturday

This is a labor-intensive job

REQUIREMENTS

**WE ARE A SMOKE-FREE COMPANY**

1 Year of previous experience in landscaping Speak English (bilingual preferred) You must be able to lift 50- 75 lbs Work 40-45 hours per week Able to work in all weather elements (hot/cold, rain)
