Landscape Gardener

is currently hiring a full-time Gardener in Abilene, TX. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our professional crew and deliver high-quality gardening and landscape services.

Position Details

• Pay: $15–$20/hr (depending on experience)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays
• Location: Abilene, TX

Key Responsibilities

• Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges.
• Plant flowers, trees, and shrubs.
• Monitor plant health.
• Maintain client properties through mowing, string trimming, edging, and debris removal.
• Operate professional lawn and landscape equipment with precision and care.
• Demonstrate respect for team members, clients, and property at all times.

What We Are Looking For

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping is preferred, though a positive attitude and reliability are our top priorities.
• Knowledge of plant care, pruning techniques, and regional plant life.
• Ability to work long hours outdoors, lift at least 50 lbs, and perform strenuous tasks (bending, kneeling).
• A valid driver's license is required for transporting equipment.
