Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and direct landscape crews (1–15 team members), leading by example with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively to maximize efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to crew members to help them develop their skills and grow within the company.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and management to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.
• Oversee and participate in installation of landscape projects, ensuring accuracy to design and adherence to budget.
• Manage transportation of materials, tools, equipment, and debris.
• Enforce safe practices, maintain a clean and orderly job site, and model proper use of equipment.
• Evaluate and provide constructive feedback to crew members and report to management.
• Contribute to company meetings, training, and leadership discussions.
