Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a commercial landscape installation crew.
• Drive company trucks and trailers safely.
• Operate a skid steer (Bobcat) and other landscape equipment.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and customers when needed.
• Maintain equipment and complete daily paperwork or reports as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a landscape foreman or installation crew leader.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating a Bobcat/skid steer and other large landscape equipment
• Good English communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example.
• CDL Class A is a strong plus and may qualify for higher pay.
