is seeking an experienced and dedicated Full-Time Crew Leader to join our growing team.

Please Note

We do NOT perform lawn maintenance services. Our work focuses on:

• Landscaping (sod, plants, trees, and landscape installations)
• Irrigation installation and repairs
• Hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, etc.)

Position Details

• Position: Full-Time Crew Leader
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Starting Pay: $180 per day, with opportunities for increased pay based on experience, performance, and leadership abilities.

Requirements (MUST HAVE)

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Available to work Monday through Friday.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working for landscaping companies
• Minimum of 4 years of irrigation experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of hardscape experience.
• Extensive knowledge of paver installation and retaining wall construction.
• Extensive knowledge of irrigation installation and repairs.
• Dependable, punctual, honest, and professional.
• Drug-free (we maintain a drug-free workplace).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a crew with respect, accountability, and professionalism.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment effectively.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and advance within the company.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at job sites on time and ready to work.
• Lead crew members efficiently and professionally.
• Follow instructions provided by the business owner.
• Assist with all aspects of landscaping, irrigation, and hardscape projects.
• Unload and reload materials, equipment, and tools.
• Maintain and care for assigned tools and equipment.
• Remove debris and job-site hazards.
• Perform physical labor throughout the workday.
