Landscape Maintenance Foreman

We are a well-established commercial landscape company serving Broward and Palm Beach Counties and are looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead one of our maintenance crews.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in quality work, leads by example, and enjoys working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a commercial landscape maintenance crew.
• Ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards.
• Operate landscape equipment safely and efficiently.
• Train, motivate, and oversee crew members.
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and property managers when required.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial landscape maintenance experience.
• Previous experience leading a landscape crew.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, shrub care, and general landscape maintenance.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to work outdoors in South Florida's heat and weather conditions.
