Landscape Foreman

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead commercial landscape installation and maintenance crews. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on landscaping experience, and the ability to manage projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising crew members, coordinating daily job-site activities, operating landscaping equipment, ensuring safety compliance, communicating with clients and management, and maintaining productivity on multiple commercial properties. The successful candidate will be dependable, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional results while fostering a positive team environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial landscaping experience, INCLUDING CREW LEADERSHIP
• Ability to read and execute landscape plans
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience operating landscaping equipment and machinery
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
