Hardscape foreman/landscape Construction

We are looking for a motivated Landscape Construction Foreman / Crew Leader to join our growing team. We have a full schedule of work booked throughout the year and are looking for the right person to help lead projects and continue delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

* Lead a landscape construction crew on residential and commercial projects

* Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, drainage systems, and landscape plantings

* Read and follow landscape plans and blueprints

* Understand grading, drainage, and site layout

* Operate construction equipment including skid steers and excavators equipped with Steelwrist tiltroatators

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

* Ensure projects are completed with a high level of quality and attention to detail

Qualifications

* Experience in landscape construction, hardscaping, excavation, or drainage work preferred

* Ability to understand grades and elevations

* Strong work ethic and leadership skills

* Valid driver’s license required

* Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Compensation & Benefits
