We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hardscape Crew Leader to spearhead our outdoor construction projects, focusing on the installation and maintenance of durable, aesthetically pleasing hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces. As a key leader on our team, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate crew activities, ensure quality workmanship, and promote safety standards. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of skilled laborers in the installation of hardscape elements, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
• Coordinate project schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Oversee the use of tools and equipment related to construction and landscaping tasks, maintaining proper maintenance and safety procedures.
• Assist in site preparation, including grading, excavation, and soil stabilization as needed for hardscape installation.
• Support other landscaping activities such as lawn care, gardening, irrigation setup, or general landscape maintenance when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape construction or hardscape installation with a focus on outdoor projects.
• Supervising experience leading teams in construction or landscaping settings.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, horticulture, gardening, tree care, irrigation systems, and lawn care practices.
