Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of landscape construction projects, including site preparation, planting, irrigation installation, and hardscape work.
  • Lead and manage crews by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing guidance, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
  • Maintain quality standards by inspecting work regularly and providing constructive feedback to team members.
  • Manage project timelines and resources efficiently to meet deadlines while adhering to safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met or exceeded.
  • Supervise daily construction operations
  • Lead crews of 2–8 employees
  • Read plans, layouts, and project specifications
  • Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials
  • Install:
  • Retaining walls
  • Paver patios and walkways
  • Concrete sidewalks and pads
  • Drainage systems
  • Plantings and grading
  • Site amenities
  • Operate heavy equipment including:
  • Excavators
  • Skid Steers
  • Wheel Loaders
  • Compactors
  • Maintain project schedules
  • Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
  • Complete daily job reports and communicate with Operations
