We are seeking an experienced Landscape/Hardscape Foreman to lead installation crews on residential and commercial landscape projects. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates effectively with clients and team members, and enjoys building exceptional outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead landscape and hardscape installation crews..
• Install patios, retaining walls, walkways, outdoor living spaces, drainage systems, plant material, and landscape lighting.
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently.
• Train and mentor crew members while promoting a positive team environment.
• Communicate with project managers and homeowners throughout each project.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of landscape or hardscape installation experience, with leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of paver installation, retaining walls, grading, drainage, planting, and general landscape construction.
• Ability to read landscape plans and layout projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
