An experienced Landscape Foreman will become a backbone for one of our Landscape Installation Teams. We are devoted to superior customer satisfaction and technical excellence on any job we do. A well-qualified applicant will possess the following traits and skills

General landscaping installation and maintenance experience with excellent references.

Foreman candidates must have a minimum of 3 years in a lead or supervisory role.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to read, understand, and implement landscape designs, drawings and plans.

Capability and talent to lead by example and work together with other team members.

Knowledge, hands-on experience and aptitude to properly install retaining walls, freestanding walls, paver patios, natural walls, water features, plantings, etc.

General plant knowledge, extensive plant and/or growing knowledge a plus.

Operational experience with skid loaders, mini excavators, truck with trailer, laser level, various concrete saws, bed edger, sod kicker, vibrating plate compactor and other landscape-specific tools.

Basic or advanced mechanical and small engine aptitude and/or repair experience is an advantage.

Ability to conduct onsite training for crew members.

Must be able to successfully lead a crew of 2-5 team members, while actively participating in the project/installation.
