Landscape Foreman

Job Summary

ENG Developers is seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping teams in creating and maintaining beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. As a key leader on our crew, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate projects, and ensure high-quality workmanship across all landscape maintenance, installation, and horticultural tasks. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities including mowing, pruning, planting, fertilizing, and pest control to ensure healthy and attractive landscapes.
• Lead landscaping projects from start to finish, including site preparation, planting, hardscaping, and installation of features such as irrigation systems and lighting.
• Manage team schedules, assign daily tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines efficiently.
• Oversee the proper use of equipment and tools; ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Provide mentorship and training to crew members in horticulture practices, gardening techniques, and construction methods.
• Conduct quality inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to coordinate project details and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

• 3+ plus years proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping installation, or related fields with a strong understanding of horticulture principles.
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments.
