Duties

• Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews to complete projects efficiently and to high standards
• Oversee landscape installation, maintenance, lawn care, pruning, planting, and irrigation system setup
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members to maximize productivity
• Conduct quality inspections of completed work and address any issues promptly
• Manage equipment use, maintenance schedules, and supply inventory to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project specifications and deliver outstanding results

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscaping, landscape maintenance, or horticulture with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of lawn care, gardening, tree care, irrigation systems, and general land management
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively
• Familiarity with construction practices related to landscaping projects
• Excellent understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments
• Ability to read blueprints or project plans is a plus
• Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy materials as needed
