Landscape Foreman Overview

This is not a training position, we are looking for a candidate that has 3 years minimum experience in landscaping.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape foreman to manage a team of 2-4 crew members while maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for landscape maintenance, ensuring that all projects are executed with precision and care. As a Landscape Foreman, you will oversee daily operations, provide instructions to crew members that you are supervising, and ensure that all landscaping tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Landscape Foreman Responsibilities

• Complete various landscape maintenance tasks.
• Oversee groundskeeping activities .
• Work alongside with your crew members to plan and execute landscape projects such as building gardens and installing hardscapes.
• Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Work with team members to execute best practices in landscape maintenance and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide updates on project progress.

Landscape Foreman Skills

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping.
• Ability to build various landscape features, including gardens, pathways, and other structures.
• Familiarity with tree care practices to ensure proper growth and health of trees.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards in all landscaping projects.

Landscape Foreman Requirements

• A valid driver's license
• 5+ years of experience in landscaping
• Ability to operatre landscaping equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality of work
• Ability to manage, lead, and train a small crew
• Reliable transportation
