The Landscape Designer is responsible for preparing complete, accurate, and profitable project estimates for commercial landscape construction and enhancement projects. This role analyzes project scope, specifications, and site conditions to determine labor, material, and equipment costs while protecting company margins. When requested, the Landscape Designer is also responsible for developing landscape designs to support sales, bid submissions, and client presentations. The Landscape Designer supports pre-construction planning and conducts a formal project turnover to operations but does not manage purchasing or field execution.

Core Responsibilities

### Estimate Preparation:

* Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to create accurate cost estimates for landscape construction and enhancement projects. * Gather, calculate, and compile take-off data for use in bid proposals. * Develop complete cost estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. * Obtain and review quotes from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing. * Ensure all scope items are captured with no gaps. ### Landscape Design:
