Duties

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for landscape projects, providing expert guidance throughout the design process.
• Develop detailed landscape plans
• Create compelling visual presentations
• Conduct site assessments
• Use our CRM to manage pipelines, appointments, and communications.
• Prepare accurate construction estimates by understanding construction costs, project management principles, and landscaping techniques.
• Engage actively in sales efforts by presenting design proposals to clients, addressing questions about materials and maintenance requirements, and closing project agreements.
• Coordinate with employees and vendors during project implementation to ensure designs are executed precisely while maintaining quality standards.
• Stay informed on industry trends such as sustainable practices, innovative hardscape materials, irrigation technology, and landscape maintenance strategies to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape design/sales or related fields such as civil engineering or horticulture; construction experience is highly valued.
• Proficiency in relevant design software
