Crewman – Landscape Maintenance

*Executive Landscaping – North Haven, CT (multiple CT locations)*

Executive Landscaping, a family-owned leader in the landscaping industry for over 40 years, is seeking motivated Crewmen to join our Maintenance Division. As a Crewman, you’ll play a key role in maintaining beautiful landscapes for our clients, working alongside your team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Work with your Foreman and team to maintain and install landscape projects.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform daily safety checks, equipment inspections, and basic maintenance.
• Assist in turf care, pruning, mulching, planting, irrigation checks, and other landscape duties.
• Maintain company standards for safety, professionalism, and quality on every job.
• Engage with clients respectfully and communicate any concerns to your Foreman/PM.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous landscaping or related experience preferred, but we will train the right candidates.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically able to bend, lift up to 50 lbs, dig, and work on your feet all day.
• Team player with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.
• Dependable and punctual – ready to start the day at 6:45 AM.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Work boots required; safety gear provided.
