Position Overview

We are seeking reliable individuals to join our team as Landscape Crew Members. This role includes a variety of outdoor landscaping and maintenance tasks and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a crew.

What You Will Be Doing

* Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns * Assisting with landscape installation and planting projects * Performing mulching, cleanups, and general outdoor labor * Operating landscaping tools and equipment safely * Supporting job site organization and cleanup * Working with a team to complete daily assignments

Schedule

* Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM * Additional hours available during peak season * Year-round work may be available based on workload

Pay & Benefits

Requirements

* Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting, walking, standing, and performing outdoor physical work throughout the shift * Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions * Reliable and able to consistently report to a 7:30 AM start time * Willingness to learn and follow direction * Previous landscaping or outdoor work experience is helpful, but not required * Valid driver’s license preferred
