Job Description

Under the direction of a maintenance foreman, operates ground maintenance equipment including mowers, trimmers, edgers, backpack blowers and sprayers. Prune trees and shrubs, removal of trash and all other debris from properties. May apply herbicides to landscape areas. Uses personal protective equipment correctly. Ability to interact with customers daily in a professional and competent manner. Reports to work in appropriate uniform, is punctual and maintain a high level of morale.

Minimum Qualifications

One year of job-related experience working with a professional landscape company and ability to perform under direct supervision of a landscape foreman. Positions within this classification may require a valid Georgia driver’s license and insurable driving record. Ability to bend, stoop, twist and lift 50 pounds. Reliable source of transportation to and from dispatching office.
