Landscape Crew Leader

Requirements

* Must be able to manage time will * Have the ability to lead a crew and dictate daily tasks * Must be punctual and dependable * Great attitude * Good work ethic * Excellent problem-solving skills * Be mechanically inclined * Pay attention to detail * Ability to lift over 50 lbs * Reliable transportation to and from work * Work well with others

Professional lawn care experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right individual who possesses an excellent work ethic.

A valid driver's license is a plus and a sign-on bonus is given after 90 days of employment for licensed drivers*

Must be willing to learn, work at a rapid pace in all weather conditions and follow proper company procedures and guidelines.
