Landscape Crew Leader

We are looking for a motivated, experienced Crew Leader to join the team at Manale Landscaping!

Manale Landscaping specializes in installing and maintaining retail and commercial properties as well as installations for residential properties.

Duties and Responsibilities Include

Coordinates and leads landscape technicians to perform landscape installation and maintenance duties

Perform and oversee landscaping work that includes (but is not limited to) installing plants and sod, irrigation work, installing mulch or pine needles, hardscape installation, and grading.

Ensure that all safety policies are being followed

Train landscape technicians

Qualifications and Skills

Valid driver’s license

Landscape work experience preferred

Excellent leadership skills, ability to manage a crew of people

Good communication skills

Horticulture related degree a plus

Organized and detail oriented is a must

Understanding of proper maintenance techniques

Understanding of mowers, edgers, trimmers, blowers, spreaders, and pole saws

Understanding of equipment upkeep and maintenance

Ability to inspect properties and generate reports to ensure the proper service

Full-time position with salary based on experience.
