Key Responsibilities* Lead Teams: Direct a landscape crew to complete high-quality projects efficiently. * Execute Plans: Collaborate with management to map out daily landscaping tasks. * Mentor Peers: Train and onboard new crew members in a supportive environment. * Maintain Safety: Enforce company safety protocols and quality standards on-site.

Qualifications* Experience Required: 12 years of hands-on landscaping experience. * Leadership Skills: Strong communication and team-management abilities. * Growth Mindset: A passion for outdoor work and professional development. * Team First: Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Offered compensation: $20/hr - $24/hr
