Landscape Crew Leader

```Duties```

● Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. ● Set clear team goals ● Delegate tasks and set deadlines ● Oversee day-to day operations ● Monitor team performance and report on metrics ● Motivate team members ● Discover training needs and provide coaching. ● Direct and work with members to complete residential and commercial projects and/or garden maintenance. ● Ensures all equipment is loaded on truck each morning and responsible for inventory of equipment and tools at the end of each day. ● Responsible for inspecting plants and turf for insects or disease and notify the Supervisor of issues. ● Completes any reports that are assigned relating to time and materials used. ● May operate heavy equipment such as backhoe, motor grader, tractors, and hand tools. ● Operates other equipment such as blowers ,weed-eaters, and trimmers. ● Directly supervises 3-5 employees ● Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws

- Experience in setting, measuring, and repairing grades

- Irrigation installation - layout system, install pipe, wire clock and valves, set and adjust heads, troubleshooting

- Landscape Install - installing plants and trees to proper height and depth, plant layout, install and layout by plan, sod installation, skid steer operation

Landscape Maintenance - mowing, trimming, pruning, weed removal, high detail production

- Leadership/Management - manage different size crews efficiently, assess crew members skillsets, develop talent, time management, improve overall product
