As a Landscape Crew Lead Driver, your objective is to keep the mow crew moving efficiently and on schedule so every client's property is serviced with consistency and care.

Responsibilities

• Transport the crew and all equipment safely to and from job sites each day
• Ensure the truck and trailer are loaded, secured, and ready to go before leaving each morning
• Lead the mow crew on daily residential routes, keeping the team on pace with the production schedule
• Mow, edge, trim, and blow alongside the crew to ensure quality and efficiency on every property
• Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor when in the presence of clients or on client properties
• Communicate clearly with the owner regarding route progress, any client concerns, and job site issues
• Ensure the crew follows all safe work practices and company standards at every stop
• Monitor and report any equipment damage, maintenance needs, or safety concerns immediately
• Hold yourself and the crew accountable to finishing each property to Landscaping Envy's standard - not just done, but done right
• Represent the company in a way that makes every property the envy of the neighborhood

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Ability to safely operate a pickup truck with a trailer
• Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or a related outdoor field preferred
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working outdoors in Texas summer heat

Compensation

$20/hr

Pay: $20.00 per hour
