As a Landscape Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing complex projects to life from initial concept through final completion. This is an opportunity to lead high-impact, large-scale commercial developments while working alongside a team that values expertise, accountability, and results. Leveraging your strong field experience and leadership, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality all while fostering trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee large-scale landscape construction and site development projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Understand and identify customers’ challenges and develop effective, value-driven solutions
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, employees, subcontractors, and vendors
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency
• Collaborate closely with operations team members, leveraging collective expertise to drive project success

Project Execution & Financial Management

• Ensure all landscape construction services are delivered according to contract specifications, drawings, budget, schedule, and quality standards
• Manage cost reports, analyze budget variances, and implement strategies to control and reduce project costs
• Review labor quantities, production rates, and construction phases for accurate project tracking
