### The Opportunity

As a Landscape Construction Operations Administrator, you will be the central hub that keeps our project and field operations organized and moving. You will manage the landscape construction project documentation, coordinate purchasing and logistics, and ensure accurate information flows between crews, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, project-based environment and wants to deepen their experience in construction or landscape operations. • Organize, maintain, and track project documentation, including contracts, permits, compliance materials, and related correspondence for multiple landscape construction projects.

• Serve as a communication bridge between field crews, office staff, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate and timely exchange of information.
