Pay: $22–$25 per hour, based on experience

Genoa Landscape Construction is a growing Cape Cod landscape construction company focused on hardscapes, patios, walkways, stonework, plantings, lighting, and high-quality property care.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our team and assist with both landscape construction and general maintenance work.

This is a hands-on field position helping with hardscape preparation, landscape construction, maintenance, planting, cleanups, material handling, and job site support.

The right person should be dependable, physically capable, willing to learn, and able to follow directions. We are looking for someone with a good attitude who shows up on time, works hard, and helps keep the job moving.

Responsibilities

- Assist with prep work for patios, walkways, edging, steps, walls, and other landscape construction projects

- Help with digging, grading, raking, compacting, and base preparation

- Move and handle stone, pavers, block, gravel, sand, loam, mulch, plants, and other materials

- Assist skilled installers with layout, prep, cleanup, and material staging

- Help keep job sites organized so projects move efficiently

- Assist with mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, cleanups, and planting

- Load and unload trucks and trailers

- Keep tools, equipment, trucks, trailers, and job sites clean and organized

- Follow direction from the owner, maintenance lead, and crew members

- Work safely and professionally on residential properties

Requirements

- Landscape, construction, or maintenance experience preferred

- Experience with hardscape prep, grading, compacting, or base work is a plus

- Willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
