##### Landscape Construction Laborer

Responsible To

Landscape Construction Foreman

Purpose of Job

Working hands on with a landscape crew to properly learn how to install landscape projects including patios, outdoor kitchens, plantings, and other tasks.

Major Responsibilities

* Assist foreman with morning planning, loading, and organization of the day. * Maintain a positive work attitude. * Learn the proper practices to install paver patios, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, plantings, retaining walls, ponds, waterfalls, landscape lighting, and other projects. * Work as a team with the crew to complete the project within the estimated hours. * Learn how to set up jobs, set grades, read designs, and understand the basic company standards. * Physical labor installing hardscapes and softscape projects * Operate various equipment including dump trucks, trailers, skid steer, mini excavator, and power equipment. * Be willing to learn and grow with the company. * Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance. Job Requirements:* Must have a clean and valid Ohio driver’s license * Constant improvement through education and learning * OCNT or CLT recommended within 2 years of employment Job Grade & Scale: Hourly rate: Negotiable depending upon experience and education
