Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Designer with proven experience in a landscape architecture firm and a strong understanding of the luxury market. The ideal candidate will bring refined design sensibilities, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate on projects from concept through documentation. This role is part-time and freelance, with the potential to grow into a full-time position as our project pipeline expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, planting plans, and site layouts in collaboration with the project team
• Prepare CAD drawings, renderings, and presentation materials for client-facing meetings
• Assist with site analysis, code review, and regulatory compliance documentation
• Engage directly with clients, presenting ideas and guiding them through the design process with professionalism and clarity
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal team members to ensure design intent is maintained
