Crooker Cuts LLC is seeking a motivated and dependable Landscape Apprentice to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in producing clean and professional results, and is interested in learning the landscaping and property maintenance industry.

Our crews focus on delivering high-quality lawn care and landscaping services while maintaining a strong attention to detail and professionalism at every property we service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, and blowing to maintain a clean and well-kept appearance at client properties
• Operate commercial landscaping equipment including zero-turn mowers and handheld power tools
• Assist with landscaping projects including planting, mulch installation, bed maintenance, and general landscape improvements
• Safely drive company trucks between job sites throughout the Horseheads, Elmira, and Corning area
• Work as part of a crew to complete jobs efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality

Schedule

• 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 4 days per week
• Full-time position during the spring and summer season
• Select candidates may be offered the opportunity to continue working through the winter months for year-round employment

Pay & Benefits

• $16.50 – $25.00 per hour depending on experience

Requirements
