Landscape & Lawn Care Lead

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscape and lawn care operations, including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and fertilizing.
• Manage irrigation systems—installation, repairs, adjustments—and ensure proper watering schedules for healthy plant growth.
• Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to ensure proper care and maintenance.
• Oversee the execution of construction projects related to landscaping improvements or new installations.
• Maintain safety protocols across all projects to ensure a secure working environment.
• Conduct routine inspections of landscapes for pest control issues, disease management, or maintenance needs.
• Perform regular equipment maintenance on mowers, trimmers, irrigation tools, and other landscaping machinery.
• Support gardening activities by selecting suitable plants and implementing sustainable horticultural practices.

Experience

• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including lawn care, pruning, planting, and turf management.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems installation.
• Background in horticulture or gardening with an understanding of plant identification and care requirements.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
