Landscape & Excavation Laborer / Equipment Operator

We’re a growing excavation and landscape construction company looking for a dependable, hardworking team member who takes pride in quality work. We specialize in high-end residential landscape construction, excavation, retaining walls, grading, drainage, road maintenance, and other outdoor construction projects.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with excavation and landscape construction projects
• Build retaining walls, install boulders, pavers, gravel, and other landscape features
• Grade and prepare sites
• Operate equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.) if qualified
• Load and unload materials
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a small team
• Help maintain equipment and keep jobsites clean

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus but not required)
• Construction, excavation, or landscape experience needed
• Experience operating skid steers, excavators, or compact equipment is needed
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability are a must
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
