Landscape Account Manager

Balanced Environments, Inc. a leading area landscape and snow removal contractor seeks a motivated individual for our Landscape Account Manager position in our Pewaukee, WI location.

Maintain and expand corporate image of excellence through sales of quality products and services, servicing the customers’ needs and providing open lines of communication to our clients. Increase knowledge of customer service techniques and sales of quality products and services. Provide input to sales team members and mentoring of new members as required.

1. 2+ Years of Sales or Account Management experience preferably in commercial landscaping, facilities management, or related service industries.

2. Two years’ experience in field landscape maintenance procedures or equivalent.

3. Two years’ experience in field construction procedures or equivalent.

4. High School Diploma or GED- (Bachelor’s degree in business, Horticulture, Landscape Management, or a related field preferred)

5. Working Knowledge of Commercial Landscape Maintenance & Enhancements

6. Understanding turf, plant health care, seasonal color, irrigation, pruning, and landscape improvement projects.

7. Strong Communication & Client Relationship Skills

8. Ability to interact with property managers, HOA boards, and facility directors; skilled in proposal writing and presentations.

9. Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record-Travel to client properties and job sites required.

10. Proficiency with Microsoft Office & CRM Tools

11. Experience with customer tracking software and estimating tools is a plus.

12. Ability to Estimate & Upsell Enhancement Projects-Must be able to identify property needs and generate proposals for value-added services.
