Compensation

$17 - $28 per hour, depending on experience(Overtime available)

Job Summary

We are looking for hardworking individuals to join our team for year-round outdoor work. This role requires a "do-what-it-takes" attitude, including trenching, underground utility installation and general sitework. Positions also available for landscape/hardscape projects, and essential winter snow removal services.

Key Responsibilities

Hardscaping

Assist in the construction of patios, walkways, and retaining walls, including site prep and stone placement.

Lawn Maintenance

Professional mowing, edging, trimming, and seasonal property cleanups.

Machinery Operation

Safely operate heavy equipment including skid steers, mini-excavators, and loaders.

Site Management

Load/unload materials, clear debris, and maintain a clean, safe worksite.

Utility Work

Trenching, pipe installation and site preparation.

Snow Experience

Knowledge of plowing techniques and salt application is a major plus.

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience

Minimum 1-2 years in landscaping or construction (preferred).
