Irrigation Technician

This is a hands-on technical field position for an experienced Irrigation Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve irrigation and lighting systems across a diverse residential and commercial client portfolio. Reporting directly to the GM / Landscape Director, the successful candidate serves as the critical eyes and ears in the field, ensuring proactive water management and system reliability. While senior technicians and managerial candidates are highly encouraged to apply, this remains an active, working position in the field requiring daily hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve irrigation and landscape lighting systems across assigned properties. Diagnose system failures, electrical issues, and coverage deficiencies by identifying root causes rather than just visible symptoms. Monitor system performance continuously to identify and report deficiencies before they escalate into larger failures. Support overall plant health and property appearance through precise irrigation management and proactive field observation. Document all repairs, site conditions, time, materials, and recommendations accurately using LMN or approved reporting systems....
