Landscape Supervisor

This hands-on Landscape Supervisor role is designed to take over daily field operations and lead a dedicated landscaping crew. Reporting directly to the business owner, the primary objective of this position is to manage high-quality landscaping and irrigation installations.

Responsibilities

* Lead, train, and motivate a two-to-three-person crew in daily landscaping and irrigation operations. * Execute hands-on landscaping projects from start to finish, including mulching, shrub trimming, and planting trees or shrubs. * Oversee job sites to ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards. * Operate and maintain equipment responsibly while preparing crews for daily tasks. * Assist with daily operational duties, such as scheduling, ordering materials, and employee training. * Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professional communication and quality workmanship.

Requirements

* Possess 5+ years of hands-on landscaping and lawn care experience, specifically including actual landscaping work rather than only mowing. * Demonstrate 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience within the landscaping industry. * Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. * Show a strong understanding of landscaping operations, with irrigation system knowledge considered a strong plus. * Maintain a reliable work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
