Landscape Supervisor

Responsibilities

* Lead, train, and motivate a two-to-three-person crew in daily landscaping and irrigation operations. * Execute hands-on landscaping projects from start to finish, including mulching, shrub trimming, and planting trees or shrubs. * Oversee job sites to ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards. * Operate and maintain equipment responsibly while preparing crews for daily tasks. * Assist with daily operational duties, such as scheduling, ordering materials, and employee training. * Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professional communication and quality workmanship.
