High-End Residential Landscape Account Manager

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Landscape Account Manager to oversee a premier portfolio of luxury residential estates. In this role, you will be the point of contact for homeowners, estate managers, and private clients who expect flawless, estate-quality landscaping. Unlike commercial property management, this role focuses deeply on boutique aesthetics, highly personalized service, and meticulous plant care. You will directly manage elite field crews, ensuring that our craftsmanship matches the architectural elegance of the homes we maintain.

Duties

• Bespoke Client Relations: Serve as the high-touch liaison for luxury homeowners. Conduct proactive property walkthroughs to ensure landscapes consistently meet meticulous, estate-grade standards.
• Top Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor landscape health, troubleshoot issues promptly, and implement proactive solutions for ongoing maintenance needs.
• Opportunity Finding: Identify opportunities to elevate the property’s beauty through seasonal color rotations, specialized pruning, estate enhancements, and specialized horticultural programs.
• Crew Leadership & Control: Train, mentor, and direct estate maintenance crews. Ensure your teams execute tasks with a high level of artistry, safety, and respect for private property.
• Horticultural Excellence: Oversee precision plant health care, fine gardening practices, precision turf management, and delicate irrigation tuning tailored specifically to high-end residential flora.
• Financial Management: Manage the profitability of your assigned portfolio by monitoring labor hours, material budgets, and ensuring accurate, timely client billing.

Required Experience and Qualifications
