Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and layout of hardscape projects using blueprint reading and schematics.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform demolition, site clearing, and material handling to support project progress.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to all safety protocols throughout each phase of construction.

Experience

• Prior experience working on construction sites or in masonry-related roles is highly preferred.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently is desirable.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, fabrication techniques, and construction site safety protocols is essential.
