Position Overview

We are seeking hardworking, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our installation team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial hardscape projects while learning valuable construction skills and advancing within our growing company.

Responsibilities

●Install paver patios, walkways, steps, and driveways

●Build retaining walls, sitting walls, and outdoor living features

● hardscape maintenance including repairs, rebuilding, cleaning, sealing, and full restoration projects.

●Assist with excavation, grading, and site preparation

●Install drainage systems

●Operate hand tools, power tools, compactors, and other equipment

●Load, unload, and organize materials and job sites

●Maintain a safe and professional work environment

●Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on schedule.

●Assist in shop maintenance, organization, and cleaning when needed

Qualifications

●Prior hardscape, masonry, landscape construction, or general construction experience preferred

●Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift 50+ pounds regularly

●Strong work ethic and attention to detail

●Dependable attendance and punctuality

●Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

●Valid driver's license

●Experience operating skid steers, excavators, or other equipment is a plus

●Ability to learn new tasks and perform them to or exceeding company standards
