Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of hardscape elements such as pavers, stonework, retaining walls, and decorative features using hand tools and power tools
• Prepare concrete mixes with mixers, ensuring proper consistency for pouring and finishing tasks
• Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and applying textures to meet project specifications
• Operate heavy equipment including concrete pumps, mixers, and other machinery safely and efficiently
• Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project requirements and specifications
• Perform rebar installation to reinforce concrete structures according to safety standards and engineering plans
• Support renovation projects by executing framing, carpentry, stucco application, caulking, or roofing tasks as needed
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials such as stone blocks, concrete forms, or equipment while maintaining proper safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized work site by managing hand tools, power tools, and materials effectively
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion
