About the Role

We specialize in building high-end outdoor living spaces—custom patios, pool decks, fire features, and structural concrete elements. This position is for someone who already has hands-on experience and wants to work on detailed, non-cookie-cutter projects where finish quality matters.

Scope of Work

• Install high-end hardscape features including patios, paver walkways, driveways, retaining walls, fire pits, and outdoor living spaces
• Perform leveling, grading, excavation, compaction, and base preparation
• Set forms, reinforcement, and layouts according to project specifications
• Assist with decorative concrete applications including stamping, staining, and finishing
• Cut, shape, and set pavers, block, and natural stone with accuracy
• Apply sealing, finishing, and enhancement techniques to complete projects
• Maintain organized job sites, tools, and equipment
• Communicate with clients and project managers to ensure expectations and standards are met
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to installation or finishing
• Support additional construction tasks as needed
• Install decorative concrete systems (stamped, textured, colored, overlays)
• Form, pour, and finish custom patios, walkways, and pool decks
• Assist in building integrated features such as firepits, seating walls, and outdoor kitchens
• Execute clean edge work, joints, and surface consistency to a high standard
• Work with layout lines, elevations, and grades to match design plans
• Participate in multi-phase builds (base prep → pour → finish → seal)
