Hardscape Installer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hardscape Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of outdoor hardscape features, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and decorative stonework. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces into functional and visually stunning environments. Duties

• Prepare and set up work sites, ensuring all materials and tools are ready for installation projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute designs
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for cutting, shaping, and installing hardscape materials
• Install concrete forms, perform concrete finishing, and execute masonry tasks with precision
• Fabricate custom components such as stone veneers or decorative features to match project specifications
• Manage heavy equipment operation when necessary for site preparation or material placement
• Conduct construction inspection to ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and project plans
• Collaborate with team members on demolition, restoration, or remodeling tasks as needed
• Apply finishing techniques such as caulking, plastering, or trimming to achieve a polished look
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times

Experience

• Proven experience in hardscape installation or related construction fields with a strong understanding of masonry, concrete finishing, and landscaping techniques
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to outdoor construction projects
