Hardscape Employee Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

In addition, all candidates must have the following

• Must have reliable transportation to and from shop
• VALID driver’s license
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hardscape or landscape construction / maintenance (2+ years preferred).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and team-oriented.
• ABI;ITY TO WORK EFFICENTLY ON A TEAM *and* be productive while working alone
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Pass an ILLEGAL drug screen

Skill Requirements

• Candidates should have strong HARDSCAPE experience,
• Proficient with hand tools, compactors, saws, skid steer and other HARDSCAPE equipment. , excavator a plus but not required
• Experience with paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, etc
• Knowledge of site preparation, grading, and drainage basics.
• Ability to take direction and follow it accurately. THIS IS A CORE REQUIREMENT!!
• Experience setting steps, borders, and decorative rock or gravel a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
