Hardscape, Landscape or Maitenance Crew Member

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our hardscape, landscape, and maintenance team. Experience is preferred but not required for motivated candidates who are eager to learn. Year-round position, Monday-Friday with some Saturday's. We specialize in creating beautiful and functional outdoor spaces for residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities include but aren't limited to

• Installing pavers, patios, walkways, and driveways
• Assisting in building retaining walls and other hardscape features
• Mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete
• Planting and Mulching
• Maintenance crew: Mowing, mulching, edging and trimming
• Operating and maintaining hand and power tools
• Loading and unloading materials
• Maintaining a clean and safe job site
• Working outdoors in various weather conditions

Qualifications

• Experience in masonry, hardscaping, or general constructions is a plus
• Working experience with gardening and knowledge of basic perennial and annual plants
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding work
• Reliable transportation to work
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well with a team and follow instructions
• Must be a reliable worker who is capable to perform routine tasks without supervision
• Having a driver's license is a plus but not necessary
• Legal work status
