is looking for an experienced Hardscape Crew Leader to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality outdoor living projects including patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, drainage systems, turf installations, and landscape construction.

Position Overview

The Hardscape Crew Leader will be responsible for leading a crew in the installation of hardscape and outdoor living projects while maintaining quality, safety, efficiency, and professionalism on every job site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a hardscape installation crew daily.
• Read and follow project plans, layouts, and work orders.
• Install paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, drainage systems, and related hardscape features.
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and saws.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet company quality standards.
• Communicate with project managers regarding project progress, materials, and job site needs.
• Train and mentor crew members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Complete daily job reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hardscape installation experience.
• Minimum 1 year of crew leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Knowledge of paver installation, retaining wall construction, grading, drainage, and outdoor living projects.
• Ability to read plans and layouts.
• Experience operating construction equipment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
