Position Overview

As a Landscape & Hardscape Crew Member, you will assist with the installation of outdoor living projects including patios, retaining walls, sod, drainage systems, landscape plantings, artificial turf, outdoor kitchens, and other landscape improvements.

Responsibilities

• Install pavers, retaining walls, and outdoor living features
• Assist with landscape installations, planting, mulching, and sod work
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely
• Load, unload, and transport materials
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow company safety procedures
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally
• Represent the company in a positive and respectful manner

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or hardscaping experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical outdoor work
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, or compact equipment is a plus
• Valid driver's license is a plus

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Occasional overtime as needed

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
